SALADS

Salads are served by the Full Tray (20 people) or Half Tray (10 people)

  A fresh blend of Iceberg and romaine lettuce with tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons.
• Caesar Salad – Full Tray or Half Tray
  Crispy Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons and Romano cheese.

  Lettuce tossed with roma tomatoes, cucumbers, black and green olives, feta cheese,
